Version 1.38 The Envy Release
Incremental Releases:

Oh what a month. Between serving in the military and then being a federal employee after being disabled, I've been working for the government for over 20 years. This recent change in administration has by far been the most wild, which has had a big effect on me and by extension AW.

Now before I continue, I just want to say that I don't want this to be a political post. On a personal level, I take positions based on individual issues, and I tend to think that issues are complicated and have a lot more nuance than what you usually hear from political pundits on any side. I don't really fit in with liberals or conservatives even though I agree with both on some issues. I've spent too much time reading and studying humans to be entirely sane anyway. In any case, I'm focusing on how the recent events have affected me specifically, and not commenting on the politics.

Nobody has been fired or anything at my agency, because it's pretty clear (even to DOGE, I suppose) that we're important for public safety and national security. Lives are literally at stake. In normal circumstances, it gives a real sense of purpose and personal meaning to the work I do. Normally that's great, and why I've kept working despite plenty of opportunities over the years for jobs with better pay and working conditions. Even though nobody has been fired, our parent organization DID offer a number of incentives to everyone such as six months of pay to resign, early retirements with bonuses, and similar. With positions like mine that are difficult to fill with qualified people during normal times--particularly at the price the government is willing to pay--it's no surprise that we suddenly lost a large chunk of our workforce.

So I found myself suddenly responsible for twice the normal work, and I was already doing extra work on a normal basis before all this started because of being perpetually short staffed. I also get to pitch in on work that would normally be handled at a HQ type office above my level, except that the people that would do it are all gone. So me and another guy are tackling a thing that affects about half the country, because we're the only ones that can right now. I even got to do some emergency work one night for some crazy shit a few states over. The stress gets you, rushing each day to try and get everything done within the hours you're allowed to work (because overtime isn't allowed except in major emergencies due to budget constraints).

Between the stress, exhaustion, and that medication that was fucking with me, it was hard to work. Being tired, frazzled, and on a medication that kills both libido and creativity, it was pretty rough. I ended up working on whatever I could actually do, several things that aren't in this version (but are coming in the future), like a pet "distender beast", a couple parts of Sacred Knowledge Episode 3, and some Ruttin' Roulette. Thankfully, I've been off that medication for almost a week, and I'm already feeling much better. Plus things are finally calming down somewhat at work, or at least I've adapted enough to not be wasted at the end of the day.

Some of my work IS in this version though, the Avatar in particular. So far, after adding in milk and the rest of the jewelry, I've found that there are more possible combinations of the Avatar than there are grains of sand on Earth. 266 quintillion, actually, compared to an estimated 7.5 quintillion grains of sand. And this is before considering clothing at all, and the lower body clothing and panties are getting a lot closer to finished. It's a hell of a lot for layered hand-drawn art, and not much at all for something entirely computer generated like a rendered mesh avatar with a bunch of sliders in a 3d game. I have no idea how many combinations will be possible in the end. I do know that panties have versions for arousal levels (wetness), cocks, balls, erect cocks, etc. They also make calculating the total number of variations more difficult, because some clothes will limit other presented variations by hiding them, so are partially additive and partially multiplicative.

The avatar thing is perfectly doable, and I think it'll be awesome, but it's a hell of a lot of work. After the artist 'finishes', there's many hours of tweaking and fixing individual layers, hours of doing my part of the art, followed by even more hours toggling the right layers in order to export hundreds of images one by one, each with a unique name. It ends up taking a lot of work to make a simple pair of panties fit all the body sizes and genital configurations, after all. Then of course writing the avatar code to properly select and layer all those images. With clothing, there's also color transforms to consider... 😅

Be sure to scroll down past the changes list to see some preview images of some of the stuff I've worked on, some of it is pretty neat ^_^
Thank you very much for your support, even if it's just a kind word, bug report, or feature request. It really means a lot, especially in times like these. We'll keep doing our best to share our passion with you!
